I am a shallow pool. A shallow empty pool. I am in dire need of a hose filled with variety, desire and satiation to fill me up.
My food has been typically vegetarian. It’s black and white. (even though it emits much color, nutrients and antioxidants) It’s lackluster to this vegetarian.
Don’t get me wrong, I still wake up every day with an immense vigor and passion to juice until I’m loose.
Most of my time is segmented between work and Integrative Nutrition so that leaves zero creativity in the kitchen. But mind you, I would never, never, never go to the extremes of the frozen aisle quick fix meals. I’d rather eat tar in a poison dart frog infested forest.
These eats will probably cause you to have dejavu:

Hu Kitchen quinoa bowl- grass fed ground beef, grain free biscuit, kale/beet salad, quinoa underneath. To the right: chocolate chia seed pudding!
At least my desserts are able to take on a “D” for delicious:
Yes, I counted juices as desserts, is this too “I have a house in the Hamptons” for you?

Red Mango used to make my heart sing. Now it just makes my mouth sour in disgust. As appealing as this looks, it turned out to be way too much sucralose/crap sweetener for me. This is what eating too clean will do to you! Holy mother Mary of eats!
And wouldn’t you know…chocolate is not the end-all, cure all at least in this post. But don’t you worry, just because you don’t see it, doesn’t mean it wasn’t eaten. š
How are your eats this week? Anything summery you are incorporating into your diet?
OH…PS…my t-shirt giveaway winner has been announced…
Peace, love, and infuse me with food variation please!

I seriously love your blog.. Great colors & theme. Did you build this website yourself?
Please reply back as I’m attempting to create my own personal site and would like to know where you got this from or just what the theme is named. Thanks!
