For the entire month of January I am letting you all in on 1-3 of my meals per day. I’m always looking for tweaks, new creations, or recipe swaps, so please do share your insight!
I should be in that Sudafed commercial with the woman whose head is disconnected from her body today. I’m self diagnosing my condition as a sinus infection. Anyway, I know it’s not pictured but I had two oranges prior to breakfast to boost the “C”. I also had a cupful of 100% organic green tea to soothe my throat and hopefully experience life through taste and smell again.
Here are my power protein breakfast ingredients:
-Non-fat Milk (1/4 cup)
-Frozen organic blueberries (1 cup)
-Honey (5 second drizzle)
-Light brown sugar (3 pinches)
-Cinnamon (2 taps)
-Unsweetened Cocoa Powder (3 tbsp.)
-100% Egg Whites (4 seconds of pouring)
-Colby Jack Shredded Cheese (one and a half handfuls)
-Walnuts (11 pieces)
*The cocoa-dusted blueberries are sitting in the spoon on the right. To create, just add frozen blueberries, cocoa powder, honey, light brown sugar, non-fat milk, and cinnamon in a large mug. Stir together and VOILA! If you have a sweet tooth like me, this is the perfect way to satisfy!
