Garlicky green smoothies

If you’re anything like me, (a green clean eating monster machine) you begin or end each day with some kind of greens. Depending on which season it is, I’ll either juice, cook or blend my greens. Being that we are transitioning from fall to winter within a few short weeks, here is an article written by Kishana at My Doc Hub outlining the importance and convenience of incorporating greens into your diet via smoothies.

Do It Yourself: Green Smoothies Recipes

Green smoothies are an amazing way to give your body the gift of health. Packed full of vitamins, minerals, omega-3s, protein, antioxidants and fiber, green smoothies give your body the fuel it needs to function at an optimum level. Plus, they are easy to make.
Green smoothies are a combination of different aspects to ensure your vitality. By combining leafy greens, vegetables, healthy fats, nut milk and other delectable goodness, you are able to create an entire healthy meal contained within a glass. Smoothies assist the body in maintaining glucose levels, maintaining a healthy cholesterol level and releasing toxins. They also help the body stay full longer, giving you that extra helping hand in staying away from eating too much food.
Another great thing about smoothies is that they are as varied as your imagination. Here are a few recipes to get you started.

    Hi there!

It’s such a pleasure to “meet” you! I was searching around your site, http://www.chocolatecovereddiamonds.com/ , and noticed that we cover a lot of the same things in our writing! I was wondering if you are accepting guest posts? If so, I would absolutely love to contribute!

I’ve been a stay-at-home mother for several years, and in my free time, I do a bit of blogging on the side. But as my children are getting older, I find that I really want to get into writing full-time, and I was hoping you could help me reach that goal! While I have ghostwritten for a few blogs in the past, I want more of an online presence and get my name out there.

If you feel so inclined, please take a moment to read some of my samples at naomijshaw.jux.com. I would also be more than happy to send along a few articles I have published online if you’d like to read more. I enjoy covering DIY and crafts for home, but I also love writing about the realm of business, more specifically retail design.

I would love to collaborate with you on a few topic ideas if you are interested in a guest post (I’m not interested in monetary compensation). I am looking forward to hearing from you!

    Sincerely,
    Naomi Shaw
