If you’re anything like me, (a green clean eating monster machine) you begin or end each day with some kind of greens. Depending on which season it is, I’ll either juice, cook or blend my greens. Being that we are transitioning from fall to winter within a few short weeks, here is an article written by Kishana at My Doc Hub outlining the importance and convenience of incorporating greens into your diet via smoothies.

Green smoothies are a combination of different aspects to ensure your vitality. By combining leafy greens, vegetables, healthy fats, nut milk and other delectable goodness, you are able to create an entire healthy meal contained within a glass.
