I’m having a bit of an i-DAY-tity crisis right now. Normally a post like this would be categorized into a motivational monday, but life is for living, not living uptight or by conforming, am I right?
She posted this push-ups challenge the other day and it was love at first push… (NOTE: Extreme sarcasm) 😉
I’m doing it for my pecs…
I’m doing it for ^this dress… (that I’ll be wearing in a few weeks on my birthday)
Most importantly, I’m doing it to conquer, challenge and better myself.
Notice: I did NOT SAY the other banned “C” word- COMPARE.
Basically, it’s pretty cut and dry for each day. The amount of push-ups tends to increase and hopefully your pecs will follow suit! (ARMPIT BOOBS BE GONE!)
I’m already on day 4 (today is a rest day, yay!) and noticing extreme soreness yet victory because I feel a lot firmer…

Even though it’s already four days in, there’s always room to take on a challenge…so stop making excuses, drop and give me 20!
