#MotivationalMondays- You Give Me (Spring) Fever Workout

It’s about that time of the year when all of those magazine ads and storefront windows are plastered in pastels.

Light pinks, yellows, blues, and greens are literally the match to my flame. (I’m a bear and hibernate in a cave during winter if you weren’t aware.)

It’s equivalent to when that first spring flower blossoms and brings all the bugs the greatest satiation by pollinating it.

If you couldn’t tell, I have spring fever.

I’m not afraid to show it and spread it around.

All winter, I flaunt every color in the ROYGBIV rainbow and beyond to show my allegiance to this season. (and also, partly because I’m 50 shades of pale)

So it’s finally time to rock all these colors out without looking like a total freak show.

It’s also time to tone that body and work on burning off that outer hibernation layer of fat!
