#MotivationalMondays- Let’s Talk About Butts, Baby

 That small conjunctive word, “but” has existed in my vocabulary since I knew what brussel sprouts were. (Sorry, but I despise them.)

The surplus of buts in my vocabulary used to overcrowd my daily sentences…until I realized that the real but I needed to focus on was…MY OWN. (Yes, the one with two T’s) 😉

Without getting too Girls Gone Wild on you, butts are absolutely my favorite body part on a woman. There is something that screams strong and sexy while still maintaining the myth of us not going #2 which motivates me to want mine firmer, tighter, and higher.

Oogling aside, butts to drool over are made from squats, lunges, and eating a lean, mean, and green diet. (I mean I guess you can say genetics has a little to do with it too…we can’t all look like Beyonce)

While you’re hopin’, wishin’, and prayin’ to the butt gods, you can try to sprout one of your own with this little booty burn of a workout:

So, no buts about working on your butt from now on!

    I wish I had a nice one — keep squatting, lunging, deadlifting till I get it 🙂 Or at least get something better haha!
