#MotivationalMondays- I’ve Fallen And I CAN Get Up

I cannot lie. When it comes to fitness, I do not take my own advice. It’s no surprise that after I wrote the “injured” post on Friday, I went out and ran like I never had legs before.

Mind you, running has not affected this chest injury, but I suppose it didn’t help that I carried my iPhone on my injured side.

Of course, all of this running was negated the very next day as I delay carbo-loaded. Every meal Saturday included bread, cheese, and some kind of chocolate of course. (My food baby looked like I had consumed an entire country.)

Sunday came the time to pop that food baby. Despite the fact that I felt as close to pregnant as I’ll ever feel, I dragged my ass to the 10 AM cardio pump class.

Below are the circuits of my instructor as best I could remember. I totally beasted this lower body workout. (Sometimes adrenaline and stubbornness is recipe for a killer training sesh!)

Let’s just say today I literally almost did fall out of bed from this workout. Legs feel like jello is an understatement. Take that, food baby!

    we sometimes overeat, it happens, we love food and sometimes we get too excited. but we realize it and try our best not to stress over it 🙂 we just realize it is going to happen sometimes and that we just keep doing our best when we can

  3. It never fails, I always feel guilty after overeating. But for some reason the guilt never stops me. :/ Love that circuit. Pinning for later use!
